West Coast Wireless grew out of Mr. Phone Repair, the family-owned repair business Abdullah Mohamed launched in 2021 with a single shop. The idea was simple: fix devices the right way, be upfront about pricing, and look after every customer who walks through the door.

Years at the repair bench taught us how much people depend on their phones, and how stressful it is when one breaks. As the business grew from that first shop into multiple locations, we went beyond repairs to buying, selling and trading phones and other devices, so customers can upgrade, sell an old device or find a dependable replacement with people they already trust.

West Coast Wireless brings that experience to the Bay Area. Our Oakland and Hayward stores handle phone repairs, device buying and selling, wireless service and everyday accessories under one roof, and our San Francisco store at 780 Van Ness Ave opens October 1.

Technology keeps changing, and so do we. We keep up with new devices and repair methods so we can give clear answers and honest recommendations, whether that means repairing your phone, trading it in or getting you connected on a new one.
