Shipping policy

This policy explains how West Coast Wireless ships online orders.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Online orders ship from our Oakland, California location.

The shipping options available for your order and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay:

Standard shipping: $8.00, 3–5 business days (estimated). Free on orders of $70.00 or more.
Express shipping: $15.00, 1–2 business days (estimated).

Shipped orders include tracked delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See Section 5 of our Terms of Service.

Exchanges and defective items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
